Entrees: The Tricky Fish
If you’ve going to have an entrée with your namesake, it better be good! Our Tricky Fish plate is a combination of pan-seared, blackened tilapia, homemade Cajun dirty rice, and crawfish etouffee. It will put a hurtin’ on you!
Salad: D.G.S.
D.G.S. stands for Darn Good Salad – and that’s just what it is! Be sure to order this delicious salad, loaded with grilled chicken, dried cranberries, spiced pecans, bleu cheese, onion, and croutons, all layered on a bed of Spring greens.
