NOLA Benedict
A nod to our Cajun roots, the NOLA Benedict is our take on the breakfast classic. You’ll find everything you love about traditional eggs benedict, laced with Cajun influences like Andouille sausage and a creole mustard hollandaise. Oh – and did we mention its huge?! You won’t go hungry with this dish.
Fried Shrimp & Oyster Grits
Yeah – it sounds weird, but you’ll love this decadent dish! Our grits are amazing (if we do say so ourselves), and somehow the flavors of Shiner Bock BBQ Sauce, corn, grits, cheese, and seafood just seemingly meld in your mouth for a deliciously happy ending. It’s not to be missed!

For those in search of something on the sweeter side, we highly recommend the Praline Pancakes. Light and fluffy pancakes are served with candied pecan praline whiskey syrup and macerated raspberries…you’ll just have to try it to believe how good it is!
